The research reads like swing set assembly instructions. One group says how horrible it is, or the other how good. As usual I tend to take the middle ground.

Life is all about perspective. Why are some people in the worst situations happy, and some in the best not? I certainly don’t have all the answers. Off Your Duff is rededicating itself to the truth “Never take yourself too seriously”.

I hope this re-statement will put me back on track, and cut down on my E-mail asking me why I was depressed . In case your wondering my car has broken down, again, so I am writing this while I am waiting for a tow. Have to justify the cost of the laptop somehow.

This is the age of “multi-tasking”, how I hate that word. It really means doing more things at once than you can handle effectively.
